In brief
- Programme duration: 3 to 5 months
- Interval between each module: 4 to 6 weeks
- Training course attendance: 20 hours
- DVD viewing: 4 times 50 minutes
- Assimilation work: around 6 hours
- Reading and personal reflection: 6 to12 hours
Total: between 40 and 50 hours of work.
