In brief

  • Programme duration: 3 to 5 months
  • Interval between each module: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Training course attendance: 20 hours
  • DVD viewing: 4 times 50 minutes
  • Assimilation work: around 6 hours
  • Reading and personal reflection: 6 to12 hours

Total: between 40 and 50 hours of work.
